About Rob Warner.
I founded Bridgework Advisory to help healthcare technology companies navigate the complexity of behavioral health and human services markets with greater operational clarity and strategic focus.
Why I founded Bridgework Advisory.
My background includes working alongside provider organizations and healthcare technology leadership teams across behavioral health, addiction treatment, autism, I/DD, virtual care, and integrated care environments nationwide.
What has shaped my perspective most is the breadth of organizations I've had the opportunity to support — from emerging community-based providers to enterprise organizations serving hundreds of thousands of individuals annually across multi-state operations.
This work matters deeply to me because the organizations operating in these markets are often supporting individuals and families during the most vulnerable moments of their lives.
I believe healthcare technology can meaningfully improve access to care, workforce sustainability, operational efficiency, reimbursement performance, and long-term provider viability — but only when technology is implemented thoughtfully, operationally aligned, and grounded in the real-world realities providers face every day.
Bridgework Advisory was built to help healthcare technology companies close the gap between innovation and operational execution.
Where the credibility comes from.
Several years of building and selling in environments where credibility is earned account by account, quarter by quarter.

What every Bridgework engagement is grounded in.
Bridgework's recommendations land because they're grounded in the actual rooms behavioral-health buyers sit in — not extrapolated from second-hand research.
Three principles that shape every engagement.
Embedded, Not Adjacent
We don't deliver decks from a distance. We join your weekly rhythm, attend the customer calls, and live in the same workspaces your team does.
Operator Economics
Every recommendation comes with the operational scar tissue behind it. We own KPIs, not deliverables — accountable to the metrics your investors care about.
Decisions, Not Research
Engagements close with named decisions, owned by named people, with a sequenced path forward — not another report that goes in the Notion graveyard.
