About Bridgework Advisory.
Bridgework Advisory was founded to help healthcare technology companies grow with greater operational clarity and strategic focus inside the behavioral health and human services markets. The practice is built around two operators — one anchored in the strategic and provider-side reality of the industry, one anchored in the day-to-day mechanics of building and running a sales organization. Both are needed to grow a healthcare technology company past the inflection points where most stall.
Rob Warner
Founder & CEO
Rob founded Bridgework Advisory to help healthcare technology companies serving behavioral health and human services markets grow faster and sell more effectively to the providers they're built for. He partners with CEOs and leadership teams across behavioral health, addiction treatment, autism, intellectual and developmental disability (I/DD), foster care, and child and family services platforms — sharpening positioning, installing sales motions that scale, and engaging provider executives the way providers actually buy. He currently serves as National Strategist, Human Services at the nation's largest Human Services technology provider.
Over the past four years, Rob has delivered approximately $20M in annualized bookings and more than $70M in total contract value — including 2024, when he outbooked eleven other sales representatives combined, and 2025, when he posted the largest booking of all time for the Human Services division. That work has put him in the room with provider leadership through EHR transitions, operational redesign, interoperability strategy, value-based care initiatives, AI adoption, and revenue cycle transformation.
Bridgework exists so the technology built for these communities works for the clinicians and the people they care for — meeting them where they are, inside the reality of how care is actually delivered.
Brendan Berry
Principal, Sales Execution
Brendan leads sales execution for Bridgework engagements — owning the operational layer where strategy translates into a repeatable sales motion. He currently serves as Vice President of Sales at WOJO Media, a digital marketing company operating at roughly $27M in annualized revenue, where he runs a nine-person revenue organization and is responsible for pipeline performance, conversion, hiring, coaching, pricing and offer architecture, and the sales infrastructure the business operates on. Under his leadership, the team has improved close rates to approximately 30% on qualified inbound and built the qualification, discovery, objection-handling, and accountability systems the organization runs on today.
Earlier in his career, Brendan founded and operated his own marketing services company from zero, scaling it from founder-led sales into a team-supported revenue operation — the same transition most Bridgework clients are working through.
Inside Bridgework, Brendan partners with Rob on sales process design, pipeline cadence, sales hiring and ramp, performance management, and the funnel mechanics that turn founder-led sales into a team-led one.

Why this work matters.
A more connected, intelligent, and sustainable future for behavioral health and human services — where the organizations serving individuals are supported by technology that simplifies complexity, strengthens care delivery, and expands their ability to make meaningful impact. Our vision
Bridgework Advisory exists to help mission-driven healthcare technology companies navigate one of the most transformative periods the behavioral health and human services industry has ever experienced — alongside the providers and communities they serve. We partner with technology companies and providers across behavioral health, addiction treatment, autism, intellectual and developmental disability (I/DD), foster care, and community-based care to modernize the systems, workflows, and strategies that support care delivery at scale.
Our work is grounded in the belief that technology should reduce friction for the people doing this work — that the right combination of operational strategy, automation, interoperability, AI, and thoughtful execution can unlock measurable improvements across access, workforce efficiency, financial sustainability, and outcomes. For too long, organizations in this space have been asked to deliver some of the most important work in healthcare while operating within disconnected systems and limited visibility across the care journey.
What continues to inspire us is the collective commitment across this industry to build something better.
The next era of behavioral health and human services will be defined by organizations willing to rethink how care is delivered, coordinated, measured, and scaled — building practical solutions that let providers spend less time navigating operational barriers and more time focused on people.
Bridgework is committed to accelerating that future through strategy, execution, and partnerships that create real value inside the organizations serving communities every day.
